EPG Beginner Class - Winter 2024 OFFERING The Edmonton Potters’ Guild is pleased to announce winter 2024 registration is now open for 10 weeks of classes for people 16 and older who are new to pottery. These instructed sessions will cover a syllabus focusing on the fundamentals of hand building, glazing and throwing. Monday nights weekly, Monday: January 8 - March 18 (No class on Family day, Monday, February 19) Date for pick up of projects will be confirmed by the instructor. Time: 6:30 to 9:30 pm With instructor Terry Korz Where: EPG Studio. Cost: $350 plus 17.50 GST Includes: Clay to complete projects (as distributed in class) Basic glazing. 30 hours of instruction (3 hours per week) Parking Storage for clay and projects-in-progress (no storage for personal items). Learners bring: pin tool cutting wire trimming tool small sponge wood modelling tool metal rib light plastic (dry cleaning bags work best or light garbage/recycle bags) apron (optional) indoor shoes Studio capacity is restricted to the class participants. Student access is permitted only during class hours. ⭐Registration fees are non-refundable and no makeup sessions will be provided for missed classes.
